Jack is a graduate of Seton Hall University and was a public accountant for 40 years retiring as Partner at Wiss & Company in 2023. Previously, he was the President and Founding Partner of Cust Dori & Benick providing leadership to the firm he founded in 1979.
Seeking to move beyond transactional client interactions, he develops close and personal relationships focused on understanding his client’s financial goals, company objectives, and business aspirations. With contacts across multiple industries, he has utilized his strategic vision and dynamic network of relationships, to architect partnerships that have fueled business growth throughout the New York Metropolitan Area.
Through his own commercial enterprises, he has successfully navigated every phase of the business life cycle. His business acumen is complimented with innovative branding and marketing initiatives designed to further accelerate growth.
Over the years, he has acquired vast experience as an investor, builder and developer. His track record includes projects such as the Somerset Patriots, The Palace at Somerset Park, Team Capital Bank, HealthQuest and Diamond Nation. HealthQuest and Diamond Nation have thousands of members and participants who frequent these facilities and produce a tremendous economic impact to New Jersey and more specifically the counties of Hunterdon and Somerset. Diamond Nation has also helped thousands of players earn and procure millions of dollars in scholarships and professional contracts.
Jack employs more than 1,400 people and has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of quality venues for a variety of enterprises.
Jack was a H.S. All-American baseball player and a first-round draft pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks in 1997. As founder of The Jack Cust Baseball Academy his vast network of relationships in the baseball world has been instrumental to the development of Diamond Nation. After a successful ten year Major League Baseball career he retired in 2012 to concentrate on real estate development.
Currently, Jack is overseeing the mixed-use development Courthouse Square and The Enclave in Flemington, NJ. Altogether these projects consist of 406 apartments, 100 hotel rooms and 18,000 square feet of retail space. He is also involved in the development of a 38 acre parcel of land in Fredericksburg, VA and a self storage facility in Flemington, NJ. Jack has partnered with Enjoy With Gusto Restaurant & Hospitality to bring two restaurants to Somerville, NJ in 2025.
Bruno is a graduate of Rider University with a BS in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of CPAS and NJ Society of CPAS. He was a Partner Emeritus in the Tax Services Group of Wiss & Co before retiring in 2023. Prior to joining Wiss, he was a founding partner of Cust, Dori and Benick where he was consistently sought after to represent clients before federal and state taxing authorities on the most complex tax issues. His reputation is based on credibility and expertise earned over 40 years providing a comprehensive array of tax planning services. Bruno has been an instrumental part of the growth of Cust Investments holdings and has helped oversee operations at The Palace at Somerset Park, Team Capital Bank, HealthQuest, Diamond Nation and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Keith Dilgard is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multitude of companies and real estate under the Cust Investments umbrella. His combined background of sports and finance have been instrumental to the development and success of Cust Investments. He is the CEO and President of Diamond Nation, where he combined his passion for sports and business to help develop the nationally acclaimed baseball and softball tournament and training complex located in Flemington, NJ.
Keith currently is managing the development of $150 Million in mixed-use residential real estate projects. He serves on the Board of Directors of a franchisee owning a chain of Buffalo Wild Wings in New Jersey and New York. Keith is developing a property on Main Street in Somerville, NJ which will be home to Three Oak Steakhouse and another unique concept from Enjoy With Gusto Restaurant & Hospitality Group. He has a Business degree from Mississippi State University where he pitched in the College World Series before a shoulder and elbow injury ended his playing career. He was drafted three times professionally by the San Diego Padres, Cincinnati Reds and New York Yankees.
